Do you offer product samples?

At this time, we do not offer individual product samples. However, we’re happy to provide detailed guidance to help you choose the right product based on your hair type and needs. Contact us anytime for personalized support and we can pull up your file!

Where are your products made?

All products sold at Blend are crafted by trusted, salon-quality brands based in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. We carefully select our partners for their proven performance, ingredient integrity, and professional reputation.

Do your products require special care?

To maintain performance and shelf life, we recommend:

  • Storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Keeping bottle caps or lids tightly closed.
  • Using clean hands or tools when scooping out product (for clays, creams, or masks).
  • Following any usage instructions provided by the brand.

Do your products have any certifications?

Many of the brands we carry are cruelty-free, vegan, sulfate-free, or paraben-free. Certification details can be found on each product’s page under “Highlights” or “Ingredients.” Feel free to reach out if you're looking for a specific certification.

Ordering and Shipping

What is the minimum order quantity for orders?

There’s no minimum! Whether you're shopping for one item or many, you can enjoy our curated collection of salon-quality products with no order limits.

What’s the lead time for orders?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

How will my order be packaged?

We carefully pack each order using protective materials to ensure products arrive safely, without damage or leakage.

Whenever possible, we use recyclable or eco-friendly packaging.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup for customers near our location. Just choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready, usually within the same day, depending on business hours.

Pickup instructions and address details will be included in your confirmation email.

What's your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Personalized or final sale items may not be eligible.

Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions and coordinate return logistics.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer exchanges: simply initiate a return, then purchase the product you'd like instead.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order is in transit, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
