Reverse logistics

Our team will provide clear instructions on how to package the item and where to send it, along with the contact details for the designated carrier. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund processing

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you prefer an exchange, we will assist you in selecting an alternative product that meets your needs.
